ORDERS

Can I cancel or change my order?

We are committed to processing your order promptly. Accordingly, once an order has been submitted, modifications or cancellations are not possible. However, you may return or exchange the item upon receipt in accordance with our return policy.

Can I use multiple payment methods for an order?

If you're wondering if you can use multiple payment methods for your
order, unfortunately not, Bag Lady from Philadelphia only allows one payment
method per order. We do accept all major US credit cards and most online
payment services, though!





SHIPPING

What is your shipping policy? SHIPPING POLICY

We do our best to ship all items in your
order together, but sometimes they might go out on different dates or come from
various fulfillment centers, which means you could end up with multiple
packages and tracking numbers arriving at different times.

If you place an order on a Sunday, it
will be shipped the following Tuesday, not counting any holidays. Just a heads
up: during busy holiday seasons, it might take a bit longer for our carrier to update the tracking information after the shipping label is created.

Weather can really throw a wrench into our shipping operations. From snowstorms and hurricanes to flooding and wildfires, extreme weather can disrupt transportation routes, access to warehouses, and delivery schedules, ultimately affecting the efficiency of your supply chain.

RETURNS/ REFUND

What is your return policy?

Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return items for a full refund.

Return Process To initiate a return,
please contact us at Handitches@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and our return address.

Returning Shipping Customers are
responsible for returning shipping costs unless the item was defective or we
made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

 REFUND POLICY

Refund Processing Once we receive and
inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund within 5-10 business
days. Refund timing may vary depending on your location and payment method.

Return Conditions Items must be in
original condition, unworn/unused, with original packaging and tags attached.
