Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): FREE
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): $12.99
- Express Shipping (1-2 business days): $19.99
Geographic Coverage We currently ship to all 50 US states. We now ship internationally. Certain countries apply. Currently orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday thru Friday excluding USA holidays
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight and destination. Final shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can track your package using the provided tracking number.
We make every effort to ship all of your items at the same time. However, there may be times your order may have multiple packages. If your order is split, you will receive notification and or multiple tracking numbers.
Delivery Issues
- Lost packages: Contact us immediately if tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order
- Damaged items: Report damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos
- Incorrect address: Address changes must be requested within 2 hours of placing your order
Holiday Delays Shipping times may be extended during peak seasons and holidays and weather conditions. We'll post any delays on our website and social media.
